# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the Stuffed Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 200 g mushrooms, finely chopped
03 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 60 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 40 g grated parmesan cheese
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 30 g unsalted butter
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Melt butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and sauté mushrooms and garlic until mushrooms are golden and liquid evaporates. Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese, and parsley. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
02 - Carefully butterfly each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. Open flat and season inside with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute mushroom cheese filling over each breast. Fold to enclose filling, securing edges with toothpicks to prevent leakage.
03 - Heat a clean, oven-safe skillet over medium heat with a thin layer of olive oil. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
04 - Transfer pan to a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F). Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
05 - Remove stuffed chicken from the oven. Let rest in the pan for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure juices remain inside. Serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Assemble stuffed chicken up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate until ready to cook.
02 - For a low-carb variation, replace cream cheese with an extra portion of mushrooms and spinach, omitting breadcrumbs if present.
03 - Avoid overstuffing to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
04 - Always use a meat thermometer to verify the internal temperature reaches 74°C before serving.
05 - Resting the chicken after baking helps retain moisture and tenderness.
06 - Choose mozzarella or cream cheese over oily cheeses for best melting and flavor.
07 - Reheat leftovers in an oven at 160°C, covered loosely with foil, for 15–20 minutes to retain moisture.
