# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8–10 minutes until softened and lightly browned. Remove potatoes and set aside.
02 - Add ground beef to the same skillet and cook over medium heat, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the cooked meat. Stir in paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
04 - Return cooked potatoes to the skillet. Add beef broth and stir to combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until potatoes are tender and liquid is slightly reduced.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture. Cover and cook 2–3 minutes until cheese melts and becomes bubbly and golden.
