Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Meatloaf Mixture

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 60 ml whole milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Filling and Topping

10 - 60 g grated cheddar cheese
11 - 120 ml ketchup
12 - 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
13 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped, plus extra for garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until just combined.
03 - With damp hands, take a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place approximately 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese in the center. Fold meat around cheese and seal well to form a ball.
04 - Place all stuffed meatloaf balls onto prepared baking sheet. Combine ketchup and mustard; brush the tops evenly with this mixture.
05 - Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 70°C.
06 - Let meatloaf bites cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in a 175°C oven for 10–15 minutes until hot throughout.
