Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until just combined.

With damp hands, take a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place approximately 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese in the center. Fold meat around cheese and seal well to form a ball.

Place all stuffed meatloaf balls onto prepared baking sheet. Combine ketchup and mustard; brush the tops evenly with this mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 70°C.

Let meatloaf bites cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
