# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Chicken Preparation

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Filling

08 - 120 grams crumbled feta cheese
09 - 30 grams fresh spinach, finely chopped
10 - 60 grams sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Baking

13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Place chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to achieve even thickness.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes if desired. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
05 - Place an even layer of filling along the short end of each chicken breast. Roll each breast tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
06 - Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add rolled chicken and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until evenly golden.
07 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the chicken. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Avoid overfilling chicken to prevent leakage. For convenience, substitute with pre-cooked or shredded rotisserie chicken. Ensure thorough searing for optimal texture.
