09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
10 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
11 - 1 large egg
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
13 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
14 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
15 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
16 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, mixing until fully combined.
02 - In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
03 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the brownie batter, gently spreading it to partially cover the surface. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cookie dough is golden brown and set. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
