# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (432 g) red velvet cake mix
02 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

05 - 170 g white chocolate chips
06 - 1 cup (approx. 110 g) crushed Oreo cookies

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease or line a 23x23 cm baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, blend together the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
03 - Fold the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies gently into the batter, distributing them evenly.
04 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center emerges with a few moist crumbs.
05 - Let brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares before serving.
