01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 305 grams condensed cream of mushroom soup
03 - 240 millilitres sour cream
04 - 120 grams shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 900 grams frozen tater tots
06 - 80 grams chopped onion
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Transfer the beef mixture into a 33 x 23 cm baking dish, spreading evenly over the base.
05 - Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
06 - Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 25–30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
