# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium zucchinis, grated or finely chopped
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half for a lighter option
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjusted to taste
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)
10 - 1/2 cup pasta water, if using for pasta

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in grated zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly golden.
02 - Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy.
03 - If using for pasta, add reserved pasta water a little at a time to reach desired consistency.
