# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook, crumbling with a spoon, until no pink remains. Drain off any excess fat.
02 - Transfer cooked sausage to the crockpot. Add frozen cheese tortellini, marinara sauce, and chicken broth. Stir gently to evenly coat pasta.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the tortellini is tender and flavors are well combined.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the mixture during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Replace lid and let cheeses melt fully.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Partially thawing the tortellini before cooking can reduce the overall cooking time.
