02 - 225 g ground beef
03 - 225 g Italian sausage

04 - 240 ml pizza sauce
05 - 170 g shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

07 - 20–25 slices pepperoni
08 - 15 ml olive oil
09 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
10 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Fit the deep-dish pie crust into a deep pie dish and par-bake for 10 minutes until lightly set.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until evenly browned, breaking up meat as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper into the cooked meat mixture.
04 - Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the baked crust. Scatter half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then evenly add the meat mixture.
05 - Spoon remaining pizza sauce over the meat layer, then top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
06 - Arrange pepperoni slices across the top and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
08 - Allow the pie to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
