Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until beef is browned throughout, approximately 7 to 10 minutes.

Add chopped bell peppers, ground cumin, paprika, and dried oregano. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until bell peppers soften.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to develop flavour.
