                Preheat oven to 190°C or set air fryer to 175°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

                Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.

                Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 portions. Flatten each piece slightly using your fingers to create a round.

                Arrange a portion of mozzarella and several mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.

                Bring the edges of each dough round together and pinch to seal the filling. Roll gently to form a ball.

                Position the filled dough balls seam-side down on the lined tray. Brush the tops with seasoned butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or air fry for around 8 minutes, until golden brown.

                Allow to cool briefly before serving. Pair with marinara or ranch dip, if desired.
