Buttery, cheesy pepperoni bites baked golden and packed with flavor. Ideal for game nights or snack cravings.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 can (227 grams) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
05 - 75 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 60 grams mini pepperoni slices

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C or set air fryer to 175°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
03 - Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 portions. Flatten each piece slightly using your fingers to create a round.
04 - Arrange a portion of mozzarella and several mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
05 - Bring the edges of each dough round together and pinch to seal the filling. Roll gently to form a ball.
06 - Position the filled dough balls seam-side down on the lined tray. Brush the tops with seasoned butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or air fry for around 8 minutes, until golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool briefly before serving. Pair with marinara or ranch dip, if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For variety, substitute mini pepperoni with diced regular pepperoni or turkey pepperoni.
02 - After baking, brush with additional melted butter for enhanced flavor and sheen.
03 - Pair with warm marinara or ranch for dipping.
