01 -
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
02 -
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 7–8 minutes, breaking it up until evenly browned.
03 -
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly, remove from heat, and allow to cool slightly.
04 -
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic until well blended. Set aside.
05 -
Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute beef mixture across tortillas, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
06 -
Roll tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
07 -
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
08 -
Allow rollups to cool briefly, then slice into pinwheels if desired. Garnish with sliced pickles and serve warm.
