Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Dough

06 - 1 package (approx. 400 g) biscuit or pizza dough

→ Topping

07 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 25 g grated parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - Mix the cooled ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
04 - Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut into twelve 7.5 cm squares.
05 - Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each square. Fold the corners toward the center and pinch to seal, forming a smooth ball.
06 - Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Combine melted butter with minced garlic. Brush each dough ball with the mixture, then sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
09 - Serve warm alongside your choice of dipping sauces.

01 - Cheeseburger bombs can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month; reheat in a 175°C oven.
