Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.

Pour in the whole milk and gently mix until the mixture becomes uniform and cohesive.

Divide the mixture evenly and form four compact oval mini loaves. Place each loaf on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between them.

Drizzle each loaf with extra virgin olive oil. Optionally, top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.

Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaves to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
