Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Meatloaf mixture

01 - 450 grams ground chicken
02 - 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 60 grams breadcrumbs
04 - 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 large egg, beaten
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - 60 millilitres whole milk
11 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
12 - 25 grams grated mozzarella cheese (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
03 - Pour in the whole milk and gently mix until the mixture becomes uniform and cohesive.
04 - Divide the mixture evenly and form four compact oval mini loaves. Place each loaf on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
05 - Drizzle each loaf with extra virgin olive oil. Optionally, top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaves to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
