# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Batter

01 - 180 g wheat flour
02 - pinch of salt
03 - 2 medium eggs, room temperature
04 - 3.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
05 - 150 ml whole milk, room temperature

→ For frying

06 - 5 medium apples
07 - butter or sunflower oil, for frying

→ For dusting

08 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and milk. Whisk until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.
02 - Peel the apples, slice them into rings approximately 1 cm thick, and carefully remove the cores.
03 - In a small bowl, blend granulated sugar with ground cinnamon until well combined.
04 - Heat a generous amount of butter or sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
05 - Dip each apple ring into the batter, ensuring a full coating, and carefully place into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown on both sides, turning as needed.
06 - Remove fried apple rings from oil, drain briefly on paper towels, then dust immediately with the prepared cinnamon sugar mixture.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra fluffy apple rings, separate the eggs and gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites at the end.
02 - Excess batter can be used for additional apples or sliced bananas.
