01 - 8 center-cut pork chops
02 - 900 grams sauerkraut, drained
03 - 1 large red apple, diced
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped
05 - 200 grams brown sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon caraway seeds

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C to preheat.
02 - Warm a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for approximately 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
03 - Transfer the browned pork chops to a 23 × 33 cm baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
04 - Combine the drained sauerkraut, diced apple, chopped onion, brown sugar, and caraway seeds in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
05 - Spread the sauerkraut mixture evenly over the pork chops. Seal the baking dish with aluminium foil.
06 - Place the covered baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the pork achieves an internal temperature of 63°C.
07 - Serve the pork chops accompanied by sauerkraut mixture directly from the baking dish, enjoyed hot.
