In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.

Pour the marinade over the chicken wings. Stir or seal and gently shake to coat thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.

Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the grill. Cook for approximately 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally to achieve even browning and prevent burning.
