# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 1.36 kg chicken wings, party style

→ Marinade

02 - 120 ml olive oil
03 - 40 g brown sugar
04 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
05 - 45 ml soy sauce
06 - 2 teaspoons lemon zest
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, plus more for garnish
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 0.75 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1.5 teaspoons garlic, minced

# How to Prepare:

01 - Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or resealable bag.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
03 - Pour the marinade over the chicken wings. Stir or seal and gently shake to coat thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
04 - Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
05 - Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the grill. Cook for approximately 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally to achieve even browning and prevent burning.
06 - Remove the chicken wings from the grill. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Allow wings to rest briefly before serving to preserve juiciness and enhance flavor.
