# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
03 - 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
04 - 100 g mushrooms, sliced (optional)

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ For Serving

09 - 4 slices provolone cheese
10 - 4 hoagie rolls
11 - Olive oil, for cooking

# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Add sliced onions and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until softened. If desired, add mushrooms and cook an additional 3 minutes.
03 - Push vegetables to the side. Add ground beef to the skillet and break it apart. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until browned and no longer pink.
04 - Incorporate garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
05 - Lower heat to low. Lay a slice of provolone cheese over the beef mixture and cover skillet. Let cheese melt, about 2 to 3 minutes.
06 - While cheese melts, slice hoagie rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
07 - Spoon the hot beef and vegetable mixture with melted cheese into each roll.
08 - For extra texture, toast filled rolls before serving immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, use freshly sliced vegetables and allow cheese to fully melt for optimal creaminess.
