Using a bread knife, slice the entire block of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.

Remove the top half of the rolls and set aside. Place the bottom half in a lightly buttered 23x30 cm baking pan.

Layer each roll with one slice of black forest ham and half a slice of Havarti cheese.

In a microwavable bowl, melt butter for about 30 seconds. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush generously with the butter-poppy seed mixture using a silicon brush.

Loosely cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts and bun tops are golden brown.
