Ham and Havarti Cheese Sliders (Print-Friendly Version)

Soft Hawaiian rolls, ham, and creamy Havarti get baked with a buttery poppy seed glaze—easy, melty, and shareable.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Sliders

01 - 1 package (12 count) savory butter Hawaiian rolls
02 - 12 slices black forest ham
03 - 6 slices Havarti cheese

→ Mustard-Butter Glaze

04 - 4 tablespoons salted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
06 - 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

# How to Prepare:

01 - Using a bread knife, slice the entire block of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
02 - Remove the top half of the rolls and set aside. Place the bottom half in a lightly buttered 23x30 cm baking pan.
03 - Layer each roll with one slice of black forest ham and half a slice of Havarti cheese.
04 - In a microwavable bowl, melt butter for about 30 seconds. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
05 - Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush generously with the butter-poppy seed mixture using a silicon brush.
06 - Loosely cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes.
07 - Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts and bun tops are golden brown.

# Extra Tips:

01 - If the tops of the rolls brown faster than the cheese melts, re-cover with foil and continue baking to prevent over-browning.
