Evenly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.

Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet. Arrange sliced banana evenly across the bread surface.

Drizzle honey over the banana layer, then top with cheese slices.

Place the second slice of bread over the cheese, buttered side facing up. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese has thoroughly melted.
