# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ For the Chicken Wings

01 - 900 g chicken wings
02 - 3 tablespoons potato starch
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon paprika
07 - oil spray

→ For the Honey Lemon Pepper Sauce

08 - 120 ml honey
09 - zest of 1 lemon
10 - 60 ml lemon juice
11 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 - 1 tablespoon butter
13 - 1–2 teaspoons ground black pepper
14 - 1 pinch salt

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 232°C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pat chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispness.
02 - In a large bowl, combine potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Add chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
03 - Apply a light layer of oil spray to the prepared sheet pan. Arrange coated wings in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded. Lightly spray the tops of the wings with oil.
04 - Reduce oven temperature to 218°C. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping the wings at the halfway point. Spray the tops with additional oil during the turn for extra crispiness.
05 - While wings are baking, place honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, butter, ground black pepper, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce is cohesive and fragrant. Set aside a small portion for dipping if desired.
06 - Transfer hot wings to a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately, optionally with reserved sauce for dipping.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Drying the wings thoroughly before coating enhances their crispness once baked.
02 - Use freshly ground black pepper for the most aromatic and vibrant flavor in the sauce.
