Moist loaf with honey sweetness and vanilla notes. Perfect for breakfast, snacking, or dessert occasions.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 3 medium or 2 large ripe bananas (approximately 360 ml mashed)
02 - 80 ml unsalted butter, melted
03 - 120 ml honey
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 60 ml milk
06 - 15 ml pure vanilla extract or paste

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 220 grams all-purpose flour
08 - 5 grams baking soda
09 - 2.5 grams salt

→ Optional Mix-ins or Toppings

10 - Crushed nuts
11 - Chocolate chips
12 - Peanut butter glaze or frosting

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 165°C. Grease an 8.5 x 4.5 cm loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and honey. Add eggs, mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt using a whisk.
04 - Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing only until just combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Add desired toppings or mix-ins evenly over the surface. For a decorative finish, lay banana slices lengthwise on top if using.
06 - Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre withdraws clean.
07 - Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing for best texture.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For moist texture, use spotty overripe bananas. Do not overmix after combining wet and dry ingredients to avoid a dense crumb.
