01 - 1 Bred Brooklyn flatbread pizza crust
02 - 2 links Impossible Italian sausage, cooked and sliced
03 - 120 ml marinara sauce
04 - 170 g fresh mozzarella cheese
05 - 2-3 basil leaves, chopped, for garnish

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
09 - 170 g fresh mozzarella cheese

# How to Prepare:

01 - Thaw Impossible Italian sausage under refrigeration if frozen. Lightly oil a skillet and sear the sausages until browned on all sides. Remove the casing and slice into rounds. Set aside.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Place flatbread crust on a baking tray. Evenly distribute cooked sausage slices over the crust, then add fresh mozzarella. Spoon or brush marinara sauce over the toppings. Bake for 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
03 - Remove flatbread from oven and garnish with chopped basil. Serve immediately.
04 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Place flatbread crust on a baking tray. Mix olive oil and Italian herb seasoning, then brush the mixture over the crust.
