# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 7–8 minutes. Remove sausages from the skillet and set aside.
02 - Add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the same skillet. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened.
03 - Stir in dried oregano, dried basil, optional red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Return the browned sausages to the skillet. Pour in the chicken broth, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld and sausages to cook through.
04 - Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately as a main dish or in warm hoagie rolls or Italian bread if desired.

01 - This dish retains excellent flavor and texture when reheated, making it suitable for meal prep.
