03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 stalks green onion, divided whites and greens, finely sliced
11 - 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
12 - 3 tablespoons honey
13 - 3 tablespoons ketchup
14 - 2 tablespoons mirin
15 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
16 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

# How to Prepare:

01 - Set the air fryer to 200°C and allow it to preheat for several minutes.
02 - In a shallow dish, combine crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well blended.
04 - Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then press into the seasoned corn flakes, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
05 - Arrange coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with avocado oil. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - While chicken cooks, heat avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and the white parts of the green onion until fragrant. Stir in gochujang, honey, ketchup, mirin, and sesame oil. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly. Mix in toasted sesame seeds and the green onion tops.
07 - Transfer cooked chicken tenders into the saucepan and gently toss until each piece is evenly glazed with the sauce.
08 - Serve immediately, garnished with additional sesame seeds or green onion as desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and ensure chicken pieces are arranged in a single layer.
