In a separate bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, regular breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and freshly grated Parmesan.

Dredge marinated chicken tenders in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating. Arrange evenly on the prepared baking tray.
