13 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
14 - 25 grams fresh grated Parmesan cheese (about 1/4 cup)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a baking tray with a thin layer of cooking oil spray or oil.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
03 - Coat chicken tenders thoroughly in the marinade and allow to sit for 5 minutes while preparing the breading mixture.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, regular breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and freshly grated Parmesan.
