Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coated chicken strips and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and melt completely. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and rice vinegar until well combined. Set aside.

Pour the honey glaze mixture into the skillet over the chicken. Cook, stirring and spooning glaze over chicken, until sauce thickens and strips are cooked through.
