11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into uniform strips for even cooking.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss chicken strips in the mixture until fully coated.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coated chicken strips and cook until golden brown on both sides.
04 - Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and melt completely. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and rice vinegar until well combined. Set aside.
06 - Pour the honey glaze mixture into the skillet over the chicken. Cook, stirring and spooning glaze over chicken, until sauce thickens and strips are cooked through.
