Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth. If using, mix in 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil for a smoother texture. Repeat the same process for the green candy melts.

Pour the melted white chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thick. Drizzle the melted green chocolate over the white chocolate. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together.

Sprinkle Lucky Charms marshmallows, M&M’s, and gold sprinkles over the chocolate while it is still melted. Lightly press the toppings to ensure they stick as the chocolate sets.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until fully hardened. Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and serve.
