# What You’ll Need to Make This:

01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (canola, peanut, or grapeseed)
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
08 - 200 g cabbage, shredded
09 - 100 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
10 - 60 g carrots, shredded
11 - 4 green onions, sliced
12 - 40 g bamboo shoots, sliced
13 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
14 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
15 - 8 Mandarin pancakes or soft flour tortillas

# How to Prepare:

01 - Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended and reserve.
02 - Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot for efficient searing.
03 - Add vegetable oil to the skillet. Once shimmering, add chicken in a single layer. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, taking care not to burn.
05 - Add cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, green onions, and bamboo shoots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes over medium-high heat until tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
06 - Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in the prepared sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly. Stir-fry for an additional 1–2 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
07 - Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently mix to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
08 - Serve hot with warmed Mandarin pancakes or flour tortillas. Each person can assemble their own wraps with the filling.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Thinly slicing meat and vegetables ensures quick, even cooking and authentic texture.
02 - If using Mandarin pancakes, steam until soft and pliable before serving.
03 - Use low-sodium soy sauce and mushroom or vegetarian oyster sauce for dietary adaptations.
