01 - 2 cups warm water
02 - 4 1/2 teaspoons quick rise yeast
03 - 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 6 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 5 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
06 - 2 teaspoons salt

→ Filling

07 - 1/2 cup melted butter
08 - 1 cup granulated sugar
09 - 2 tablespoons orange zest
10 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Icing

11 - 2 oz cream cheese
12 - 1/4 cup softened butter
13 - 1 teaspoon orange juice
14 - 1 tablespoon orange zest
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 - 1 teaspoon corn syrup
17 - 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In the bowl of a stand mixer, stir together warm water, yeast, and 3 tablespoons sugar until mostly dissolved. Let sit for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
02 - Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 cups of flour. Mix on low to medium speed using a dough hook attachment.
03 - Add the melted butter and salt. Gradually add another 1-2 cups of flour, letting the mixer knead the dough for 2 minutes.
04 - Slowly add the remaining flour as needed, kneading until the dough becomes smooth, cleans the sides of the bowl, and is tacky but not sticky. This should take about 10 minutes.
05 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, coat it with oil, cover, and let rise on the counter for 2-3 hours, or refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
06 - Mix the granulated sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
07 - Roll the risen dough into a 24"x18" rectangle on a floured surface, ensuring the dough doesn't stick. Add more flour as needed.
08 - Spread the melted butter evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border along one long edge. Sprinkle the orange sugar mixture over the butter.
09 - Roll the dough tightly into a log, seam side down. Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices using a serrated knife and arrange on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
10 - Cover with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise for 1 hour, or until puffed.
11 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
12 - Mix all icing ingredients together slowly at first, then increase speed to whip the frosting until smooth and light.
13 - Spread the icing over warm rolls. Serve warm or at room temperature.
