Savory beef and cheddar wrapped in golden dough, finished with garlic and parmesan in just 30 minutes.

# Ingredients List:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
06 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

07 - 1 can (225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Topping and Garnish

08 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to fully preheat before baking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
03 - Divide the beef mixture evenly into 8 portions; shape each portion into a thin patty suitable for encasing in dough.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium. Sear beef patties for 2–3 minutes per side, browning but not cooking through completely. Remove from heat.
05 - Unroll crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and separate into 8 triangles.
06 - Place one browned beef patty onto each dough triangle; top with shredded cheddar. Encase filling by folding edges of dough over and seal any seams tightly.
07 - Arrange bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan.
08 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cooked through.
09 - Allow to rest for a few minutes after baking. Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For added visual appeal, present on a platter with extra melted cheese or serve alongside a dipping sauce such as ranch or ketchup.
