01 -
Set oven to 190°C and allow to fully preheat before baking.
02 -
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
03 -
Divide the beef mixture evenly into 8 portions; shape each portion into a thin patty suitable for encasing in dough.
04 -
Heat a skillet over medium. Sear beef patties for 2–3 minutes per side, browning but not cooking through completely. Remove from heat.
05 -
Unroll crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and separate into 8 triangles.
06 -
Place one browned beef patty onto each dough triangle; top with shredded cheddar. Encase filling by folding edges of dough over and seal any seams tightly.
07 -
Arrange bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan.
08 -
Transfer to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cooked through.
09 -
Allow to rest for a few minutes after baking. Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
