Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.

Lay the tortilla flat and spread pizza sauce over half of it.

Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then top with pepperoni slices. If desired, add a pinch of dried oregano or red pepper flakes.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling. Place in the heated skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
