01 -
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 -
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until beef is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess fat.
03 -
Add refried beans, taco seasoning, and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook until mixture is heated through and fully blended.
04 -
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to make them more pliable.
05 -
Spoon equal portions of the beef and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Roll tortillas tightly to enclose filling.
06 -
Place the filled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over burritos. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
07 -
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
08 -
Serve hot, garnished with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
