Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Butter Mixture

01 - 120 grams unsalted butter, very soft
02 - 15 grams grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 5 grams garlic powder
04 - 2 grams dried Italian seasoning

→ Sandwich Assembly

05 - 8 slices white sandwich bread
06 - 12 slices mozzarella cheese
07 - 170 grams sliced pepperoni

→ For Serving

08 - Warm pizza sauce, for dipping

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend softened butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until fully incorporated.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the butter mixture over one side of each bread slice. Arrange bread slices buttered side up on a tray.
03 - Set one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium-low heat. Layer one slice of mozzarella, top with 6 slices of pepperoni, add a second slice of mozzarella, another 6 slices pepperoni, and a final slice of mozzarella cheese.
04 - Place another slice of bread, buttered side up, on top. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the underside is golden brown. Flip gently and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
05 - Transfer sandwiches from skillet, slice if desired, and serve immediately with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
