In a medium bowl, blend softened butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until fully incorporated.

Spread a generous layer of the butter mixture over one side of each bread slice. Arrange bread slices buttered side up on a tray.

Set one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium-low heat. Layer one slice of mozzarella, top with 6 slices of pepperoni, add a second slice of mozzarella, another 6 slices pepperoni, and a final slice of mozzarella cheese.

Place another slice of bread, buttered side up, on top. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the underside is golden brown. Flip gently and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.

Transfer sandwiches from skillet, slice if desired, and serve immediately with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
