05 - 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - 7 grams chives, finely chopped
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
08 - Honey, for drizzling

→ To Serve

09 - Sliced bread of choice

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice the top from the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and wrap in aluminium foil. Roast for 30–40 minutes until cloves are tender.
02 - Allow the butter to come to room temperature, ensuring it is soft but not melted. Evenly spread the butter onto a small charcuterie board, creating decorative swirls for an elegant presentation.
03 - Once the garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze the soft cloves from the bulb and gently mash them. Evenly distribute the mashed roasted garlic over the butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, chives, freshly ground black pepper, and additional sea salt if desired.
04 - Drizzle honey over the assembled butter board. Accompany with slices of your preferred bread. Serve immediately, inviting guests to spread the flavored butter over the bread.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Leftover butter can be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated for use as compound butter on future dishes.
