01 - 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 200 g scallops, fresh or thawed if frozen

→ Sauce and Aromatics

03 - 2 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 200 ml heavy cream
07 - 50 ml white grape juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

10 - 50 g grated cheese

# How to Prepare:

01 - Thaw shrimp and scallops fully if frozen, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
02 - Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3–4 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for approximately 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and scallops become opaque.
04 - Pour white grape juice into the pan, simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine.
05 - Transfer seafood mixture into a baking dish. Evenly sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
06 - Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
