Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for approximately 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and scallops become opaque.

Pour white grape juice into the pan, simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine.
