Juicy salmon and crisp broccoli baked with garlic and Parmesan make for a quick, satisfying dinner.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Main

01 - 680 g salmon fillet
02 - 450 g broccoli florets, chopped

→ Seasoning

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 5 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Topping

07 - 100 g Parmesan cheese, shredded
08 - Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Position the salmon fillet, skin side down, at the center of the prepared sheet pan. Brush the top of the salmon with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - In a bowl, toss the chopped broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil until evenly coated.
04 - Arrange the broccoli florets around the salmon on the sheet pan. Sprinkle the salmon and broccoli evenly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
05 - Sprinkle the minced garlic over both the salmon and broccoli. Top evenly with shredded Parmesan cheese.
06 - Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily and the broccoli is tender.
07 - Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For even cooking, ensure broccoli is evenly chopped and not overcrowded on the sheet pan.
02 - Use freshly shredded Parmesan for optimal melting and flavor.
