02 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon steak seasoning blend

→ Vegetables and Aromatics

05 - 1 onion, sliced
06 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ For Sauce

08 - 4 tablespoons butter
09 - 2 tablespoons plain flour
10 - 1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
11 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 - 2 envelopes brown gravy mix (each 28 g)
13 - 480 ml water

# How to Prepare:

01 - Sprinkle both sides of the sirloin steak with smoked paprika, onion powder, and steak seasoning.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak on both sides until browned but not fully cooked.
03 - Transfer seared steak to the bottom of the slow cooker.
04 - In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir, scraping up browned bits, until vegetables soften.
05 - Stir in minced garlic and plain flour. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
06 - Place the sautéed vegetable mixture over the steak in the slow cooker.
07 - In a bowl, whisk together 1 envelope brown gravy mix, water, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar until smooth.
08 - Pour the gravy mixture over the contents in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until the steak is tender.
09 - Remove steak from the slow cooker. Whisk the second envelope of brown gravy mix into the gravy.
10 - Return steak to the gravy. Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Searing the steak before slow cooking enhances flavor and helps maintain its texture.
02 - Customise the spice blend or add extras like mushrooms, potatoes, or a splash of red wine for depth.
