# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat 15 millilitres olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes in batches for 1–2 minutes on each side until evenly browned. Transfer the browned steak to the slow cooker.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
03 - Pour the seasoning mixture over the steak cubes in the slow cooker and stir gently to coat evenly. Place butter on top of the meat.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the steak is fork-tender.
05 - Stir the steak bites gently, transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Deglaze the searing pan with a splash of beef broth to unlock additional flavour, then add the liquid to the slow cooker.
02 - Ideal accompaniments include mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or roasted vegetables.
