# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
02 - 1 can (14.5 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
03 - 1 cup corn, fresh or canned
04 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
05 - 1/3 cup red onion, diced
06 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Dressing

07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - Juice of 1 large lime
09 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (e.g., Franks)
10 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
12 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, and kosher salt until well combined.
02 - Add the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro to a large mixing or serving bowl.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to evenly coat. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
04 - Cover the salad and chill for at least 1 hour. Stir and serve when ready to enjoy.
