# Ingredients:

01 - 1 mini watermelon, rind removed and sliced into 2.5 cm sticks
02 - 3 tablespoons chili lime seasoning (such as Tajin)

→ Dipping Sauce

03 - 250 ml plain unsweetened yogurt
04 - 60 ml full-fat canned coconut milk
05 - 2 tablespoons light agave syrup
06 - Juice and zest of 1 lime

# Instructions:

01 - Place sliced watermelon sticks evenly on a serving platter and sprinkle with chili lime seasoning immediately before serving.
02 - Combine yogurt, coconut milk, agave syrup, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
03 - Transfer the dipping sauce to a bowl and serve alongside the spiced watermelon fries.
