# Ingredients:

→ Base and Crumble

01 - 375 grams plain flour
02 - 200 grams granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 0.25 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 227 grams unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
06 - 1 large egg, beaten

→ Fruit Filling

07 - 600 grams fresh strawberries, chopped
08 - 100 grams granulated sugar
09 - 4 teaspoons corn starch

→ Streusel Topping

10 - 25 grams rolled oats
11 - 50 grams packed brown sugar
12 - 60 grams walnuts, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish with non-stick spray or line with aluminum foil.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Use a pastry blender, fork, or two knives to cut butter into the dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs with pieces no larger than peas. Stir in the beaten egg to form a crumbly dough.
04 - Press half of the dough evenly into the base of the prepared baking dish.
05 - In a small bowl, toss chopped strawberries with granulated sugar and corn starch until well coated. Distribute strawberry mixture evenly over the pressed dough layer.
06 - Mix oats, brown sugar, and chopped walnuts with the remaining dough. Crumble this mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
07 - Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden. Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
