# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with non-stick spray. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing seams together to form a uniform base. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
02 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until completely smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate the crust while proceeding to the next step.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess fat. Add the taco seasoning according to packet instructions and stir to coat evenly. Cook until the seasoning is fully absorbed and meat is heated through. Set aside to cool slightly.
04 - Remove the prepared crust from the refrigerator. Spread the seasoned taco meat evenly over the creamy base. Top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Add optional toppings such as sliced jalapeños or chilies if desired.
