# How to Prepare:

01 - Position the beef flank slices on a cutting board and gently pound to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
02 - Spread a thin, even layer of Dijon mustard over each slice of beef.
03 - Arrange a slice of bacon, some chopped onion, and one pickle slice along one edge of each beef piece.
04 - Tightly roll the beef beginning at the edge with the filling, then secure each roulade with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
05 - Activate the 'Sauté' setting on the Instant Pot. Sear the rolled beef parcels on all sides until well-browned.
06 - Pour in beef broth, then sprinkle smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and add bay leaves to the pot.
