01 - 1.4–1.8 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
02 - 120 g brown sugar
03 - 1 envelope (approximately 28 g) dry Italian salad dressing mix

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C.
02 - Combine brown sugar and Italian salad dressing mix thoroughly in a small bowl.
03 - Evenly dredge each chicken piece in the sugar-dressing mixture, ensuring full coverage.
04 - Place the coated chicken pieces in a 33 x 23 cm baking pan. Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture over the top.
05 - Bake for 45–60 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
