Crispy eggroll wrappers filled with juicy beef and cheddar make this dish an irresistible savory twist.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Filling

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 450 grams ground beef
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste
11 - 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese

→ Assembly

12 - 1 package egg roll wrappers
13 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# How to Prepare:

01 - Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 2 to 3 minutes until onions are translucent and fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat, for 5 to 7 minutes until thoroughly browned and no longer pink.
03 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all seasonings.
04 - Remove mixture from heat and transfer to a bowl. Allow to cool slightly, then fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
05 - Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Moisten the edges with water. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center, fold over the bottom corner, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing with a touch of water.
06 - Pour enough vegetable oil into a clean skillet to cover the base. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Transfer cooked egg rolls to a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Allow the filling to cool before rolling to prevent wrappers from becoming soggy.
02 - For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the skillet while frying.
