01 -
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 2 to 3 minutes until onions are translucent and fragrant.
02 -
Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat, for 5 to 7 minutes until thoroughly browned and no longer pink.
03 -
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all seasonings.
04 -
Remove mixture from heat and transfer to a bowl. Allow to cool slightly, then fold in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
05 -
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Moisten the edges with water. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in the center, fold over the bottom corner, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing with a touch of water.
06 -
Pour enough vegetable oil into a clean skillet to cover the base. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
07 -
Transfer cooked egg rolls to a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve warm.
