Split English muffins and lightly toast them to just golden while preparing the gravy.

In a clean skillet over low heat, whisk eggs with a dash of milk for extra fluffiness. Gently scramble until softly set.

Preheat the broiler. Arrange toasted muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spoon gravy over each half, then top with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and a generous sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
