Plump shrimp threaded on skewers, marinated with lemon and herbs, then grilled for bright, bold flavor.

# What You’ll Need to Make This:

→ Main

01 - 225 g jumbo shrimp, peeled, cleaned, tails intact

→ Marinade

02 - 60 ml avocado oil
03 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

# How to Prepare:

01 - Peel the shrimp, leaving tails intact, and remove any veins if necessary.
02 - In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with avocado oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure shrimp are evenly coated.
03 - Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour for optimal flavor infusion.
04 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 1 hour to prevent burning during grilling.
05 - Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
06 - Carefully thread 4 to 6 marinated shrimp onto each skewer.
07 - Grill skewers for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning once, until shrimp are opaque and fully cooked.
08 - Garnish with additional parsley and serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - To prevent dryness, avoid overcooking shrimp as they become rubbery quickly.
