Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.

Brush the dough with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until the surface begins to firm up.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce.

Distribute the cooked hot sausage evenly over the pizza, followed by the crumbled feta.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheeses are bubbling and lightly browned.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool for 1 minute. Drizzle honey evenly across the surface.
